Voyant Tools is an open-source, web-based application for performing text analysis. It supports scholarly reading and interpretation of texts or corpus, particularly by scholars in the digital humanities, but also by students and the general public. It can be used to analyze online texts or ones uploaded by users. Voyant has a large, international user base: in October 2016 alone, Voyant’s main server had 81,686 page views originating from 156 countries, invoking the tool 1,173,252 times.

N-gram viewer
The Google Ngram Viewer or Google Books Ngram Viewer is an online search engine that charts the frequencies of any set of comma-delimited search strings using a yearly count of n-grams found in sources printed between 1500 and 2008 in Google’s text corpora in English, Chinese (simplified), French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Russian, or Spanish. There are also some specialized English corpora, such as American English, British English, English Fiction, and English One Million; and the 2009 version of most corpora is also available.

TitanPad is a free web 2.0 tool that enables users to work collaboratively in a single document. Similar to Google Documents, this online tool allows many people to work simultaneously on the document. Users can chat while working on the document, can import existing documents to work on and also export documents from TitanPad. It also provides the option to view previous versions of the document and includes a time slider to view the entire history of the document.
Hackpad
Hackpad is a web-based collaborative real-time text editor forked from Etherpad. In April 2014, Hackpad was acquired by Dropbox. In April 2015, it was announced that Hackpad would be released as open source and source code was published on Github in August 2015, under the Apache license 2.0.

También conocido como Genial.ly, es un software en línea que permite crear presentaciones animadas e interactivas.1 Es una herramienta muy parecida a Prezi, pero con prestaciones más avanzadas. Dispone de plantillas y galerías de imagen para hacer el trabajo más fácil, pero también permite insertar imágenes propias o externas, textos, audios de SoundCloud y Spotify, vídeos de Youtube, fotos de Flickr, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Su lema es “No más contenidos aburridos”. Las características principales son la animación, la interactividad y la integración de diferentes contenidos. Genially dispone de cuatro modelos dependiendo del usuario: para corporaciones, para medios, para diseñadores y para educación. Además, puede ser gratuita o de pago, dependiendo de las necesidades de cada uno. Una de las diferencias entre la versión de pago y la gratuita es que permite descargar las presentaciones en PDF o HTML5 y decidir si las presentaciones son públicas o privadas

    I have been using TED talk books because a friend recommend me the set of the TED books. They are amazing!!. And now I can see the app of TEDmaster complements the work in my class.

    I used to work with Cengage/National Geographics, that includes lots of TED talks, and my students loved it, unfortunatelly, the school changed editorials, and students hated the new materials. Yes, TED Talks, engaged the students, and alse working with the TED ed was a great way of having my students interested in the topics.
